The first man to successfully climb mount Everest was Sir Edmund Hillary. He physically made the climb, yet he, as every successful person will tell you, had someone behind him. In this case it was Tenzing Norgay, Sir Edmund Hillary's Sherpa. That day as Sir Edmund Hillary reached the top of Mount Everest he did not reach it alone. Tenzing Norgay was there the whole way, guiding, coaching, encouraging and giving Sir Edmund Hillary the tools necessary to make it to the top. In theory one man was striving to climb Mount Everest, but in reality it took two people to make it a success.
Chuck Pattishall strives to be the Tenzing Norgay of other's success. He guides, coaches, encourages and gives the tools necessary to make it to the top of whatever Mount Everest you may be facing in life, from personal to executive situations. We are all destined for great things with our own autonomy, but we were not meant to go it alone. Using the principles of FollowerShip, Chuck provides support and encouragement much like Tenzing Norgay gave to Sir Edmund Hillary.
